I just have a few thoughts to share. Remember I am not a scholar but I am curious about a couple of things.



For one, I know to some extent there has been dishonesty and manipulation in all governments and companies but why does it seem as though it is so much more prevalent now than before? Did all the good people that had risen in rank die off or something?



In the '80s the yuppies were described as being selfish and self centered. I was not one but if we thought they were bad whatever we have now is worse. Where did concern for our fellow man and the real bottom line go? When did stealing from tomorrow to fund today become a good thing?
